Story:
Date: 23/05/2015,
4.5 years of civil war in Syria has given risen to Islamist Extremists with unprecedented force throughout the Middle East. There has been reports that a major international crime syndicate under the name, Momento Mori are responsible for supplying arms to the extremists via arms trafficking from lesser gangs and criminal organisations in return for maintaining and expanding their drug trafficking trade in the Middle East.
Momento Mori are known to be responsible for Human, Arms, Drug and Organ Trafficking are mainly active in Southern Eurasia, with smaller affiliates in Central America, Eastern Europe, the South China Sea and parts of North America. Their recent move in supplying arms to terrorists have placed them in the top Most Wanted lists of the Interpol, Central Intelligence Agency, Russian Federal Security Services, Japanese Natinal Police Agency, Mossad and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Recognition number, 35739 Rachel Conroy, a Field operative for the MI6 is to conduct a top secret operation at Maidstone, Kent where there has been suspicious activity belong to a possible branch base of operations of Momento Mori.
Plot:
Rachael Conroy under the temporary alias, Chrystina Bainbridge heads down the road to a cafe where she will meet with someone who has a lead to the Momento Mori's main supplier to conduct their operations. As Rachael enters the Cafe, the man who was expecting her was sat by the wall at the distant part of the cafe and signals her to his location. The mysterious man is revealed to be Klaus Siegfried, a former Captain for the German Army's Kommando Spezielkrafte and Field operative for Interpol. Klaus reveals that Interpol has intercepted and captured smuggled arms from a supply crate with Humanitarian aid markings bound for Libya. It was intercepted when Interpol were conducting training with the Libyan police when the crate was found.

Equilibrium sequnce for the scene: For this scene I was thinking of having the equilibrium start during the aknowledgement of the disruption of equilibrium which will progress until the end of the scene where an oppertunity to repair the equilibrium appears but with a twist to the plot.
